1. Pricing
WinMax Optimizer offers the following pricing structure:
- Free Version: $0 - Basic optimization features, forever free
- Pro Version: $0.94 per day - Full access to all premium features
- Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit Cards
- Additional payment methods as available through our payment processor
3. Billing Process
- Payment is processed immediately upon checkout
- Your license is activated instantly after successful payment
- A receipt is sent to your email address
- All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider
4. License Duration
- Pro licenses are time-based, ranging from 1 to 1000 days
- License begins immediately upon purchase
- You can extend your license at any time by purchasing additional days
- License time is non-pausable once activated
5. Taxes
Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, you may be charged:
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Sales tax or other local taxes
The final amount including taxes will be shown before payment confirmation.
6. Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the amount at their exchange rate, and may charge additional foreign transaction fees.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, you will receive an error message with the reason. Common causes include:
- Insufficient funds
- Card declined by issuer
- Incorrect card information
- 3D Secure authentication failure
Please contact your bank if your payment is declined, or try an alternative payment method.
8. Invoices and Receipts
After each purchase, you will receive an email receipt containing your purchase details, license key, download instructions, and transaction ID for your records.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and reporting to fraud prevention services.
