You may use WinMax Optimizer to:

  • Optimize your personal Windows computer for improved performance
  • Enhance gaming performance on systems you own or have permission to modify
  • Remove bloatware and unnecessary services from your own devices
  • Apply system tweaks within the scope of normal personal use

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use WinMax Optimizer to:

  • Modify systems you do not own or do not have explicit permission to modify
  • Circumvent software licensing, copy protection, or DRM systems
  • Gain unfair advantages in competitive gaming environments where prohibited
  • Distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your license key or account credentials with others
  • Use the software on more devices than permitted by your license

4. System Modifications

WinMax Optimizer makes changes to Windows system settings. By using our software, you acknowledge:

  • You have backed up important data before applying optimizations
  • You understand that system modifications may affect software behavior
  • You accept responsibility for any changes made to your system
  • You will not hold MD SOFTWARE LLC FZ liable for unintended consequences

5. Gaming and Anti-Cheat

WinMax Optimizer is designed for legitimate performance optimization and does NOT:

  • Modify game files or memory
  • Inject code into game processes
  • Bypass anti-cheat systems
  • Provide unfair advantages through game manipulation

However, some games may have policies against any third-party optimization software. It is your responsibility to check individual game policies before use.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license without refund
  • Revocation of access to software and services
  • Legal action for serious violations
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected
